Specifically you will...

 

  • Track and compile all existing fixed assets 
  • Update and maintain company’s record for new and existing fixed assets including asset identification tagging, location identification, physical count and departmental equipment custodians
  • Ensure that all Fixed Asset transfers are properly accounted
  • Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledgers to the general ledger 
  • Monitor and update Fixed Asset listing, depreciation and other fixed asset entry adjustments
  • Provide assistance for all finance-related matters
 

What you need...

 

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree in BS Accountancy or equivalent
  • Proactive and fast learner
  • Willing to work on project basis
  • Communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
