Specifically you will...
- Formulate and compile business plans and marketing budgets
- Lead, manage and supervise the business unit to achieve country business target and objective
- Oversee development, planning and execution of marketing and promotion activities for the Thailand market
- Drive customer acquisition and retention with existing products and identify new product for strategic business expansion to achieve target revenue
- Build, manage and perform as an effective team player in cross-department communication
- Establish, build and manage effective partnerships in the country for sales, marketing and branding
- Build and maintain good working relationship with partners and the internal team
- Establish career growth program for the business unit team member
- And anything else that is thrown on your desk!
What you need...
- Minimum three years working experience in a managerial capacity
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior management
- Be a driven, self-motivated, independent, dependable and passionate individual with strong leadership ability and excellent project and time management skills
- Good business acumen and entrepreneurial sense and excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work, thrives, and interacts at all levels in the organisation and cross cultures
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment and in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel regionally and internationally as required
- Fluent in English and Thai (speak and read)
- University graduate. Business or marketing preferable
