Specifically you will...
- Lead the UK launch project from scope agreement, through to launch and into agile developments in year two
- Work closely with all teams across the organisation to facilitate the delivery of the project
- Provide updates to management team as appropriate and produce an annual performance evaluation
- Identify, evaluate and prioritise ideas for developing the project beyond the outline agreement
- Actively promote the project within the organisation
- And anything else which is thrown on your desk!
What you need...
- Experience of working with creative agencies or in-house creative resource including briefing, feedback and evaluation
- Project development: including budgeting, planning and management
- Formal project management training.
- Proven team management skills
- Putting together and leading, flexible, cross organisational teams
- Gathering and evaluating information, and acting on results
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and/or projects using appropriate methodologies and tools
- Ability to align people across different teams and functions to a common purpose
